Time dependences of oxide coverings growth at anodizing of alloys D16 and Al9 in water solution of sulfuric acid with blowing off an ozone-air mix through a solution are investigated. The intensification of process and increase in thickness, microhardness and wear resistance of covering are established. The technology of anodizing the details of oil-field equipment which has allowed to reduce size of details deterioration while in service in 2 - 8 times is developed.
