Pump-compressor pipes are applied in oil and gas industry at the device of wells. About 40% of accidents in oil and gas extraction branch takes place especially because of the defects resulting thread connection of pump-compressor pipes. For ensuring the guaranteed protection of threaded part of pump-compressor pipes during transportation the geometrical parameters of threaded part of protectors are experimentally determined.
