The article is devoted to the consideration of the formation of an effective loan management policy. The article discusses the issues related to the need for competent management of borrowed capital of the organization. In the course of the study of this problem, an analysis was made of the structure of the organization's borrowed capital and an analysis of its dynamics on the example of a particular enterprise.
