Management of competitive loads of highly qualified acrobats specializing in women's group exercises

Relevance. The achievement of high results in modern sports acrobatics is connected with the ability to competently manage the process of training of athletes, where loads are an integral part. They provide not only functional changes in the body, but also psychoemotional and intellectual stress, directly or indirectly affecting competitive performance. Research aim. The research aim consisted in the improvement of the training management of highly qualified acrobats, specializing in women’s group exercises, based on the analysis of quantitative indicators of competitive loads. Research methods. The quantitative values of volume indicators and the difficulty of exercises have been recorded. The intensity index, characterizing the degree of tension of competitive activity, and the performance index, summarizing the main components of the load have been determined by calculation.
