Management of an organization in the development mechanism

The article deals with the methodological issues of adapting the management of an organization to the conditions of the development mechanism functioning. Organization´s management system in the conditions of development mechanism functioning include the main elements: management body, system body of development, a thesaurus, and an information management system filter. This article examines adaptation of the management of an organization regarding the two concepts of its development: economic reengineering (revolutionary development model) and organizational development (evolutionary model). Economic reengineering is the fundamental rethinking and radical redesign of the organization, organizational development - long-term and comprehensive process of change and development of the organization. Adaptation processes of management of an organization are conceptually considered as a continuous gradual evolution of the current management system. The practical implementing the adaptation process of management of an organization to the conditions of development mechanism functioning as part of the concept of organizational development (in terms of active management systems) can be represented as a sequence of implementing the following basic tasks:  determination of the place, subordination, and staffing of the bodies ensuring the functioning of the mechanism;  ascertainment of the functions (starting functions) performed by these bodies;  establishment of an appropriate regulatory framework for the development mechanism functioning;  comprehensive automation implementation of management of an organization in the conditions of development mechanism functioning;  creation of the new information and communication linkages of development mechanism with departments and environment of an organization;  building and analysis of the existing organization structures: target, functional, and organizational.
