Managing inter-municipal cooperation abroad: learning from experience

In this article, the experience of managing inter-municipal cooperation abroad is considered. The author identifies successful foreign practices applied in Germany, Belgium, Finland. Based on the international experience of inter-municipal cooperation, a number of measures are proposed to improve the mechanism of interaction between municipalities in the Russian Federation.
