In this article the designing of a sociolabor stream with the use of the clustered models is considered. The characteristic of the concept «a sociolabor stream» is given, flow structuring is carried out. In order to form the information base, necessary for the analysis and management of social and labor flow, the parameters of the flow model have been developed. The proposed model characterizes two components of the flow: physical and spiritual. Each of them includes three clusters consisting of five groups of parameters. Thus, the comparability of all parameters included in the model is achieved and it becomes possible to take into account their importance at different levels of the flow and for different management strategies. The matrix of flow parameters is formed on the basis of the considered flow structure. There are presented the results of the S-tp model approbation spent at the textile enterprise of Ltd. «ОF«ZiMa». The developed model of social and labor flow differs from the existing ones, so that it allows to evaluate the flow of the organization as a whole and individual layers of the flow, to develop effective flow management scenarios, to structure and assess the adequacy of the social and labor flow, to conduct an operational and correct assessment of the employees of the enterprise, as well as to predict its change and to adjust the flow in advance the parameters of a stream model are generated.
