The abasement of human dignity as a part of the objective aspect of the crime, specified in the article 282 of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation

The article deals with one of the indications of the objective aspect of the crime, specified in the article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The author examines different theoretical and practical approaches to the problem of collective human dignity, to interpretation of such category as abasement in Criminal Law and to correlation of categories abasement of human dignity and personal injury.
