Criminal legal protection of the lawyer: innovations are necessary

Purpose: Consideration of a problem of an effektivization of the legislation regarding criminal legal protection of the identity of lawyers, as participants of legal proceedings. Methodology: Authors applied legallistic, comparative and legal, historical and legal and statistical methods. Results: In article legislative offers on introduction of the special norms of the Special part of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation providing responsibility for infringement of life and health of lawyers, and also for intervention in lawyer activity are formulated. Novelty/originality/value: Article has the high scientific value as contains conclusions and offers, important for science and practice.
