Labour activity behind the pension threshold (after retirement): the estimation and the payment (part 1)

Due to the increase of life span the problem of generations co-existence has aroused. Today all elements of life infrastructure are aimed to create conditions for a high-grade life of only one generation while at least two generations demand a full life. An effective way out is to create a new life infrastructure for many generations simultaneously. One of the major elements of this infrastructure includes creating the system of estimation and payment, which removes any age discrimination and guarantees equal rights and possibilities on a labor market. The three articles deal with the «tools» of discrimination in labor relations.
