Cross-border as interregional regularity of appropriation and distribution of natural resources within the framework of meso-economic system development

The article considers that the formation of the zone of transboundary natural resources and the formation of a specific mechanism of their productive use is a special regularity of the economy of natural resources in the context of globalization of world economic processes; in the applied aspect, this allows us to assert that in the modern economy a new sphere of economic relations is formed as a result of polysubject economic competence. The authors noted that in these conditions the main economic mechanism of rational use of transboundary natural resources is the formation and implementation of cross-border investment flows.
