Determined the spatial distribution of anthropogenic vegetation in the northwestern part of the Caspian lowland. Based on ecologo-phytocoenotic approach, it is determined that the indicator types and classes of desertification, plant communities, their species composition. Established the reversibility of the processes of desertification: by reducing pasture load and increasing the humidity of the climate community are restored upon drying and increase the number of grazing livestock again, there is the environmental instability. Granulometric composition of soil at a water reclamation forms: on loamy soils complexes of halophytic deserts, on sand and wind erosion, on sandy loam with interlayers of loam - bogging.
