Transformation of the categorical imperative of I. Kant

The article examines the transformations of Kant's categorical imperative in the context of the significant changes (including refinements and additions) that it has undergone. Important characteristics of a categorical imperative are its formality, necessity (absoluteness), and universality. The formality of ethical attitudes is an essential condition for their fulfillment.
