On the threshold of the third decade of the XXI century pedagogical innovatics is intensively developing, offering a variety of interpretations of various aspects of pedagogical innovations and assuming further development of innovative issues related to the understanding of prospects, ways and means of development of the theory and practice of modern education in Russia.
