Objective: to evaluate the developmental dynamics of the micro rheological properties of red blood cells in rats on the background of long-term, regular muscle loads. The study was performed on 26 healthy male rats 12 months. age, experience during the year daily physical activity. Control presented 91 healthy male rats: 30 individuals 12 months. age, 32 rats aged 18 months. and 29 rats 24 months. age. Applied biochemistry, hematology and statistical methods. In Control with increasing age of rats showed a progressive deterioration microrheological properties of erythrocytes. In experimental animals marked by high stability of aggregation of red blood cells, while maintaining the number of discocytes and the number of modified forms at the level closest to the end for the entire period of observation.
