Toxic-anemic syndrome during adjuvant polychemotherapy and feasibility of its sorptioned correction in patients with colon cancer

Feasibility of using the combined sorptioned drug (SUMS-1M) during adjuvant polychemotherapy for 46 patients with colon cancer who underwent radical surgery was reviewed with the purpose to decrease intoxication process and toxic-anemic syndrome in particular. The drug was found to increase efficiency of concominant medication for cytostatic therapy.
