Typology of higher educational institutions on the use of information technologies in education

In connection with the active policy of the state in the field of application of information technology by universities, the Ministry of Education and Science assesses the degree of readiness of higher schools to use advanced technologies. In this regard, there is a need to develop targeted policy measures depending on the current information material and technical base of educational institutions. In view of this situation, the typology of higher educational institutions is proposed in the work in terms of the degree of their involvement in the information space.
