Dostoevsky is estimated at the same time as the founder of Russian philosophy of law and as one of the predecessors of the Eurasian ideology. Dostoevsky's philosophical doctrine on the unity of subjective and objective forms of universal harmony of the world in combination with his doctrine of absolute freedom of man as an excuse for this harmony can be regarded as the theoretical and methodological basis of modern philosophy of law and state that meets the basic principles of Eurasianism.
