The modern organization relies on leaders capable not only of managing but also of creating a specific environment that supports employee development. Contemporary understanding of effective leadership focuses on comprehending subordinates' needs, fostering their development, and involving them in collective work to achieve personal and corporate goals. A key aspect of such leadership is the creation of a stimulating work environment that contributes to identifying and nurturing potential leaders within the organization, which can be referred to as a leadership environment. The offered scientific article explores the conditions for an effective leadership environment in an organization, analyzes the theory of transformational leadership, formulates the concept of the organization's leadership environment, along with its constituent elements. Moreover, the paper outlines leadership development procedures, and theoretical positions are illustrated with examples from both foreign and domestic corporate practices.
