Development trends of the regional market of hotel services as a segment of the experience economy

The article is devoted to the studying the development of hotel services regional markets as an element of the experience economy. The peculiarities of the client-oriented approach as the basis for the strategy of forming customer loyalty, taking into account the growing requirements for the quality and level of service of hotel enterprises, is the research subject. The analysis of problems and trends in the hotel business development through the example of Perm Krai is the main research results. The author identify trends of sustainable growth of financial and economic indicators, namely, the increase in the number of hotel enterprises, occupancy and demand for different categories of rooms associated with the intensification of domestic tourism. In the regions of the country, the hospitality industry follows the path of a variety of services and activities, the use of different pricing strategies. The results of the study consist in recommending the use of strategies inherent to experience economy based on the identified development trends of the regional market: developing and maintaining competitiveness based on in-depth product specialization and the formation of network structures to ensure a differentiated approach to market segmentation.
