The article deals the influence of external factors, as the COVID-19 pandemic, on the attitude to work of the economically active population of Russia and foreign countries. The purpose of this study is to identify problem areas in the labor market and changes in the behavior of employees, an analytical review of the main trends in the field of corporate well - being programs. The prospects for the transition of corporations to a "hybrid" mode of work and its possible consequences for the labor market are considered and analyzed.
