Employee turnover in the banking sector: causes and ways of optimization

The article examines the problem of staff turnover in the banking sector, which has a number of features related both to the specifics of banking activities and the state of the Russian banking system. The main attention is paid to factors contributing to this process, as well as a set of measures aimed at reducing this indicator.
