Technology of relationship legal regulation in the internet

In the article the issue of legal regulation of the Internet is examined. The author considers the possible development of legislation in the field of information, the complexity of the development and adoption of such regulations. He identifies such problems as the need for borrowing legal definitions in foreign languages, the ratio of technical and legal instruments of regulation, suggests possible solutions.
