The customs policy of the modern Russian State and its reflection in the constitution of the Russian Federation

In article particular attention is given to a question of definition of a place and the maintenance of a customs policy in the modern Russian state. The detailed characteristic is given the constitutional principles of a customs policy. As a result the author comes to a conclusion that now the customs policy, being a component internal and state foreign policy, defines main objectives, problems and functions of customs business in the Russian Federation and serves the purposes of harmonisation and unification with norms of international law and the standard international practice.
