The tactical features of underage questioning

Purpose: To study legal literature, judicial and investigative practices that deal with the interrogation of minors in order to identify the best recommendations for successful interrogation. Methodology: Empirical, historical legal and theoretical methods are used. Results: The article outlines the main stages in the development of the minor, the optimal recommendations for interrogation of each age group of minors are outlined. Novelty/originality/value: The article has a high scientific value, because it is an attempt to separate minors into subgroups and study the tactics of interrogation in stages, depending on their age development.
