Tabata as an excellent means of physical education within distance learning approach in higher education

This article explains what Tabata is, its historical origins and the pros and cons of this sport for distance learning students and other target groups. The emergence of fitness exercises in this system is directly linked to the Japanese physiologist Izumi Tabata. A set of exercises is a type of interval or circular physical activity. The aim of the study is to analyse how Tabata can be useful for distance learning students and why it is worth choosing this type of exercise. The article also analyzes trends in youth health promotion and health maintenance.
