Essence and characteristic of judicial control by the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation

The relevance of the topic of this study is due to the importance of issues related to the creation and functioning of a judicial constitutional review mechanism in the modern Russian state, which allows fully ensuring the observance and protection of human and civil rights and freedoms, the interests of society and the state, and maintaining the rule of law and order.
