Suicidal behavior among minors (0-17 years old) is the most dramatic and, at the same time, one of the least studied aspects of suicidology. According to the State Statistics in Russia in 2017, the rate of completed suicides in this age group of the population made up 1.3 cases per 100,000 (males - 1.6, females - 0.9 per 100 000). The most disadvantaged subjects of the Russian Federation in terms of suicidal situation are identified. Among them, the Republic of Altai (Siberian Federal District) takes the highest position. In this region, the rate of suicides among minors reaches 9 per 100,000, which is 6.9 times the Russian average, 3.3 times the Siberian federal district average, and 1.6 times average of the second-largest suicide area - Amur region. To an even greater extent, this concerns the rate of suicides among male minors that equals 14.6 per 100,000, which is 9.1 times higher than the national one. The following subjects with a high incidence of suicides among minors represent 4 Federal Districts: Siberian (Republic of Buryatia, Trans-Baikal Territory, Irkutsk Region), Far Eastern (Amur Region, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Uralsky (Kurgan Region), Volga (Udmurt Republic), North- West (Kaliningrad region)...
