This paper presents synergies between the subjectness of the nation that is defined through an ability to understand, set and pursue its own goals which are its immanent to national interests, and the state security that is a system status of state structures which is meeting the requirements of a reliable, effective and safety functioning that is providing national activity, development and security. An incompleteness of Russian nation’s formation is partly a result of an enactment of a number of statutory provisions influenced by American consultants that are tools of the conceptual control. The people gaining its subjectness raises through its representatives in legislative bodies the question of creating a mechanism to identify constitutionally its political status. The lack of this mechanism can provoke extremist elements in the society to unconstitutional actions, which is a direct threat to state security.
