Structural-content model of the personal image map of the future specialist

In modern times, the labor market makes high demands on university graduates, who must be endowed with professional (hard skills) and non-professional (soft skills) skills and competencies, including «imidzhelogicheskaya» and foresight competencies. One of the methods for the formation of these competencies is the development of a personal image card. The aim of this article is to develop the structural and content model. The integrative-competence and foresight approaches became the methodological aspect of this work. The structural and content model of a personal image map includes the following components: goal-orienting, theoretical and methodological, content-technological and evaluative-effective. The article presents the components-modules, didactic methods and stages of developing a personal image map: analytical and prognostic, procedural modeling, forsighting, control and corrective. The result of the work is the author’s model of a personal image card. Scope of the results: student audiences, heads and teachers of universities, practitioners.
