Relevance. The results of numerous theoretical and empirical studies on educational problems of preschool childhood show significant opportunities of means of sports and physical education in connection with the development of personal characteristics of children. At the same time the content of the absolute majority of scientific and methodological publications are based on the substantiation of the effective ways to improve main components of the physical education process in preschool educational organizations taking into account individual potential of children. Research aim. The research aim is to develop a model of the formation process of personal sports culture of 6-7 year-old children. Research methods.
