Strategy of using the region natural capital on the example of Tomsk oblast

Tomsk oblast belongs to the regions with rich and multicomponent natural capital which in many respects defines its social and economic development. Strategy of increase the efficiency of rational use of natural capital allows to provide steadily economy of Tomsk oblast with stocks of natural resources at preservation the general natural capacity of the region.
