The urgency of this work is conditioned by the fact that in the conditions of aggravation of the competitive struggle, the orientation of organizations for servicing buildings and territories for strategic planning is one of the key factors for the survival and prosperity of their activities in modern Russia. The essence of strategic planning is to maintain a strategic balance between the goals and capabilities of the organization to maintain buildings and territories. It is strategic planning that provides goals and strategies for the behavior of market participants, which ensure the effective functioning of the organization in the long term. The strategic planning of the maintenance of buildings and territories in general is aimed at helping to adapt the activities of the organization to the constantly changing conditions of the external environment.
