The article discusses the formation and implementation of the state cluster policy at the regional level. It defines the importance of cluster policy in order to increase the competitiveness of the regional economy. It proposes stages of a regional cluster program formation, which allows us to formulate recommendations for its implementation in order to develop projects for the creation of clusters in the region.
