Article of the special part of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation: conclusions, visions, construction

Introduction: the work highlights the study of the concept, content and rules of formation of the basic element of the Criminal Law - Article. In the continuing reforming of the Criminal Law the issue on the formation technique of consistent legal act that regulates social regulations. Criminal law doctrine suggests various recommendations on the Criminal Law structural element construction. Materials and Methods: the regulatory legal framework of the study was composed of the Criminal Codes of the period from 1922 - 1996, the current Criminal Law. The empirical base is the case law and officially published juridical statistics. When conducting research and formulating conclusions, the following methods were applied: the dialectic method, the general scientific, comparative method, the historical, system-legal, formal-logical, comparative law, as well as sociological methods.
