The effect of relaxing and toning massage on psycho-physiological indicators taking into account the autonomous balance among team sports representatives was investigated. It was found that the use of relaxing massage caused a decrease in strength, lability, mobility of the central nervous system and reduced power, accuracy of muscular effort among all the athletes. Under the influence of tonic massage predicted change of psychophysiological characteristics was noted only among athletes with a balanced autonomic regulation. Increasing the accuracy of movements at tremorometry, improve the accuracy of dosing of muscle efforts and reducing the time of visual-motor response, and the fact, that the number of premature reactions exceeded the number of delays testified the predominance of excitation force in the central nervous system after a tonic effect. Toning massage had no significant effect on the recorded physiological indicators among athletes with hypotonic type of regulation, but an hour after it ends it was a decrease in the accuracy of movements at the contact tremorometry (high rates of the number and duration of touches), reduction of muscular effort dosing accuracy of 50% and 25% from the maximum voluntary strength. Toning massage caused change among athletes with sympathetic regulation type, orientation and quantitative terms of which comparable to the effect of relaxing massage.
