Results of comparative analysis of ecological structure and parameters of the chaotic organization of zooplankton in the outfall of a tributary of a flatland water reservoir are given. It is shown, that in backwater zone, in comparison with adjoining river and reservoir areas, significant increase in zooplankton abundance and biomass is observed, species richness is persistently higher, increasing values of chaotic attractors communities. Weather thermal anomalies lead to violation structure of similarity of specific structure of zooplankton of hydroecological zones of mouth area of small tributary, decrease their faunistic diversity and biocenotic specifics. In conditions of thermal eutrophication the parameters of chaotic attractors communities signal a serious functional impairment in zooplankton and its transition to a state pathology.
