Comparative data on the results of surgical treatment of children with posterior hypospadias in boys

Hypospadias is a malformation of the urethra in boys. This pathology makes up a significant proportion and remains a complex section of reconstructive pediatric surgery and urology-andrology. The severity of the defect also depends on the presence of penile deformities, dysplastic changes in its skin and the degree of dystopia of the external opening of the urethra. The only treatment is surgical correction.
