Comparative legal analysis of the institute of estimated damages in Anglo-Saxon law and in continental law on the example of the law of England and Russia

The increase in cross-border relations has led to the borrowing of institutions of some legal families for use in others. In this article, we have considered the institution of pre-estimated losses on the example of English law and conducted a comparative analysis of the provisions of Russian law, as well as law enforcement and explanatory practice on the use of pre-estimated losses in the Russian Federation.
