Comparative evaluation of modern methods of surgical treatment of patients with cataract in combination with glaucoma

Unfortunately, until now there are no clear indications for this type of treatment, and the relatively high risk of intra- and postoperative complications, leading, as a rule, to a decrease in vision, significantly reduces its attractiveness among patients and among ophthalmic surgeons. This leads to the fact that among patients who have undergone antiglaucomatous operations, the "lion's" share are patients with advanced stages of the disease. Certain categories of glaucoma patients requiring surgical treatment require special attention.
