Comparative evaluation of productivity of varieties of spring soft wheat of VIR

The paper summarizes the data on the study of samples of spring wheat collection VIR different ecological and geographical origin in the Chuvash Research Agricultural Institute in order to assess the economically valuable features of the elements of productivity. The comparative evaluation of varieties of spring soft wheat of domestic and foreign selection on the severity of the elements. Field experience in soil and climatic conditions of the Chuvash Republic for the four-year period (2014-2017). In total, one hundred sixteen samples of spring soft wheat from the VIR collection from 15 countries were studied. The largest number of varieties were from Russia, Kazakhstan, Canada, USA, and Czechoslovakia. According to the results of the research, we identified the variety species of interest for selection in the natural and climatic conditions of the Volga-Vyatka region as a source material for economically valuable traits. Identified grade Arhat (Penza agricultural research Institute - Russia), the most fully realizing the potential productivity under the studied conditions, and of particular value as source material for the creation of high-yielding varieties. The maximum realized productivity of grain on the average for years of tests made 42.07 t / ha. On stability of indicators of the productivity elements possessing the least dependence on weather and climatic conditions of the vegetative period varieties Seanse (Czechoslovakia) and a Steppe wave (the Federal Altai scientific center of agrobiotechnology - Russia) are allocated.
