We studied 38 patients with chronic heart failure in the presence of chronic kidney disease on the background of diabetes mellitus. When comparing different methods of revascularization, aorto-coronary bypass surgery shows greater efficiency and stability of results compared to balloon angioplasty with stenting, not only in terms of endpoints, such as death, myocardial infarction, stroke, which is noted in many studies, but also in terms of the quality of life of patients assessed by the Minnesota questionnaire "Life with Heart Failure", and this superiority does not depend on the type of heart failure - diastolic or systolic. There is no significant improvement in the parameters characterizing diastolic or systolic insufficiency, according to echocardiography, regardless of the method of revascularization.
