Justice of the sentence as a criminal procedure category

The article analyzes the category of justice in criminal proceedings. The purpose of the article is to study justice as one of the fundamental requirements for a court sentence. The author analyzes the norms of the current criminal procedure legislation and examines the significance of using such a moral category as justice in the norms of the current criminal procedure law.
