Plastering is a sophisticated part of finishing works. The article explores the technological features and the cases of application of mechanized and manual way of plasterworks and defines the economic efficiency of carrying out each method. Due to the calculations the conclusion about cost-efficiency and time-saving of mechanized way of works was made.
