Ways to support investment decisions in industrial upgrading

This study is devoted to the problems of modernizing domestic industry, changing the forms and methods of organizing and financing production, re-equipping technological capacities, introducing more modern management systems. The main focus of the article is on the chemical industry. The chemical industry is a branch of heavy industry, which includes the production of products from various types of raw materials through chemical processing. The chemical industry in Russia is one of the most important branches of its economy. By the number of fixed assets, the chemical complex is second only to the fuel and energy complex, mechanical engineering and metallurgy. The chemical complex of the country itself consumes more than 25 % of its products. The place of the chemical industry in the development of the Russian economy is determined by its important role as one of the largest basic complexes of the national economy of Russia. The article describes the procedure and method of ranking investment projects in the implementation of the modernization program in the chemical industry. The proposed method allows you to choose a project to invest on a set of criteria, including, given the qualitative and quantitative estimates. Presents the calculations carried out to select the dominant project in the program of modernization of chemical production.
