Sports law as a complex branch of law: conceptual and legal issues

The increasing role of complex, that is, located at the junction of the main branches of law, legal regulation is one of the main trends in the development of modern Russian legislation. In recent scientific publications there is an interest of the authors to the problems and laws of complex legislative regulation, which was extinguished after the scientific discussion of the late 70’s - early 80’s of the last century about the system of law. This interest is inherent, first of all, to those researchers who daily face complex formations of the system of the legislation which structure in modern conditions considerably changes. Examples are the works aimed at determining the place in the modern system of law of arrays of legal norms regulating relations in the most important spheres of public life, as a rule, not previously considered as independent branches of law and legislation of military, information, medical, educational, transport law, etc. In this regard, we should speak separately about sport and about the legal norms regulating the relations in this sphere...
