The conglomeration of the film formed by vapour deposition and DLA-model of the process

Transparent film saturated by vacancies was formed by vapour deposition and by means of the light scattering by the porous structure different states of the conglomeration was observed. Ultrasonically assisted the process was accelerated and the oscillation of conglomeration was observed. The modified DLA-model of this process was proposed.
