“Speceedstvo” at industrial enterprises of the Urals in the 1930s (based on the materials of CHTZ and MMK)

The article presents the results of the author’s study of the phenomenon of “speceedstvo”, which was developed primarily in those regions where there was active industrial development. In the article, the author considers “speceedstvo” as a phenomenon characterized by distrust of technical specialists, manifested in the refusal of workers to obey their superiors from among the technical intelligentsia and factory administration.
