This overview summarizes the literature on a very complex and of interesting issue - idiophatic pulmonary hypertension. This term has a lot synonyms, but the most common among them is a Ayerza-Arilago syndrome. In the first report discusses the various types of classification of pulmonary hypertension, adduce data on the prevalence and suspected factors that play a role in causing the diseases. Since syndrome Ayerza-Arilago is one variant of pulmonary hypertension, and we provides some about it’s other forms.
