Modern trends of development of Russian market of polyethylene

Production of ethylene polymers is the largest segment of the plastics industry. The world market of polymers currently exceeds 210 million tons, of which about 37% is polyethylene. Despite the significant raw material potential, Russia occupies a modest position in the production of polyethylene-about 1.5% of the world's output.
